Purpose: Foundation. Direction. Intentional positioning. This phase focuses on academic planning, leadership development, and long-term narrative formation — preventing senior-year panic. Includes: • 3 strategy sessions per year • Transcript & course planning review • Extracurricular and leadership mapping • Summer enrichment planning • Testing roadmap guidance • One parent advisory session • Light-touch email support This is structured, not unlimited. Goal: Families begin thinking strategically instead of reactively. Investment: $2400
